There are times when our customers encounter certain challenges at their operating facilities when performing scheduled maintenance on one or multiple circuit breakers and come across unfamiliar electrical and mechanical setbacks. Our service team is equipped to come onsite to support and assist with attending to the circuit breaker in question and are also able to offer specific operating instructions on various breaker types.
A circuit breaker malfunction can occur at any time during normal operating hours, after hours or when scheduled maintenance shutdowns are in effect. When this situation occurs, there are two common factors: lost production and lost revenue. The CBIONE Critical Response Team has the skills and knowledge to rapidly review and address the failed circuit breaker by directly troubleshooting it onsite. If the existing breaker cannot be repaired onsite, there are normally backup solutions such as an available spare in stock or immediate action to perform an emergency repair in our service center with multiple electro-mechanics.
When a product can't initially be release, the CBIONE service team is equipped to perform specific techniques to troubleshoot and repair various circuit breakers and contactors onsite. There are limitations on what can be performed onsite depending on the complicated operating mechanisms of various circuit breaker designs. It is highly preferred for products to be sent to our service center for a full test and inspection, repair and reconditioning process.
Our field sales and special project management team has the insight and experience to meet our customers onsite to review the existing switchgear and circuit breaker line up requiring attention. After a thorough evaluation, a planned circuit breaker maintenance schedule is presented with options for temp power rental, solid state modernized upgrades and a calculated service center schedule. Our expertise allows us to bring our customers the best viable solution to help facilities keep production operations up and running continue generating revenue.
